Collaborative Professionals
Collaborative Divorce seeks to achieve a positive and satisfactory resolution for both spouses. Using a multidisciplinary approach can save time and the expense of hiring separate consultants for each spouse. By incorporating neutral professionals in the fields of financial planning and mental health, we ensure that all aspects of the resolution process are addressed with the highest level of skill, integrity and knowledge.

Attorneys
Collaborative Divorce Attorneys are specially trained in collaborative negotiations. We consciously choose the Collaborative Divorce model over litigation because we believe it is better for clients and their families. We assist your decision-making with information about the legal aspects of your divorce. Each of you will have your own Collaborative Lawyer. Your Collaborative Lawyer will not go to court or litigate on your behalf.

Mental Health Neutrals – Divorce Coaches

We collect and organize the pertinent financial information, bring the numbers together in a way that both clients and their lawyers can understand and appreciate and help clients understand the potential options.
